Pimples

Blockage of the skin’s pore is pimples. The sebaceous gland, which produces sticky sebum inside the pore, is pimple. The dead skins left behind the outer layers of the skin shed may become glued together with the sticky sebum. Especially when the skin becomes thicker at puberty, it causes blockage in the core. Behind the blockage the sebaceous glands produces more sebum and this sebum harbors various bacteria. It includes propionibacterium acnes. This bacterium is primarily white blood cells. The white blood cells then destroy the bacteria to prevent infection. When the widening the skin around the white blood cells it may cause pain in the pimples.

Common medications for pimples are benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. This medication allows removing bacteria easier. The main regimen of keeping the affected skin is to keep clean with the regular medications prescribed, if not it becomes allergic. If severe acne appears along with the creams the antibiotics should also be taken. Most of them prescribe erythromycin and tetracyclines.
